Booking Now Open!

We have now confirmed the venue and dates. The hotel has been booked and the programme is beginning to take shape. The booking form and rates are available from the links in the right hand toolbar. A pdf version is available for viewing and a Word version is also available for those who wish to complete it and return it electronically.

By direct arrangement with the hotel, delegates may book 'executive' rooms at an additional £20 increment per night Additional days may also be available at £99 per night single or £125 per night double. Call the hotel on 01423 567755 and request the special rate for congress delegates. Payment for executive rooms and/or additional days should be made direct to the Hotel.

We are encouraging delegates to arrive by public transport. Harrogate is easy to get to and has excellent rail connections. For those who choose to drive, 40 car parking spaces are available at the hotel, but these are in heavy demand. To receive a 20% discount please quote CROWNHOTEL20 when making your booking.

The above pricing structure has been fixed on the basis of seventy five rooms being used (both singles and doubles) and on a level of anticipated sponsorship from within the numismatic community. Therefore, early booking is recommended as we cannot guarantee to maintain these prices for additional or late bookings.
